Rock climbing kicked my ass. Exploring cheeses. Feta, goat, pepperoni, mozz, Ritz, whiskey.
Cheers!

I developed a love for goat cheese when stationed in Turkey. My favorite was fresh Emmentaler and ketchup. Weird, i know, but that’s what i think of you people that eat mustard with cheese. I loved the meat and cheese meals when i lived in Germany

I didn’t realize how sweet it would be. The feta is pretty dry with a nice bite to it. But the goat is creamy and sweet - that’s such a terrible statement.

Goat cheese is great on pizzas. I like feta in small doses. I have greek friends who eat it by the brick and it makes me cringe.
In germany, i used to eat a feta-style cheese - instead of real feta, it was regular cows milk cheese with feta taste. It was moist and a great snack or on salads. I’ve never seen it for sale in the states though.

I may have to try that out. This feta was meh, but what you mentioned sounded much better.

For a second I thought those were crackers and was wondering if you used crackers to cut the cheese.

Good luck finding some. I hate the dryness of feta and this sits in a tray in tje carton floating in water
